The site offers digital guides accessible online through private access. Unless otherwise stated, the purchase grants a personal access right to the relevant guide and not any transfer of intellectual property.
Prices are displayed in euros. The applicable price is the one displayed at the moment of the order.
Payment is made online via Stripe. The order is considered validated once payment is confirmed.
After payment, the buyer receives private access to the relevant guide according to the site’s technical rules. Access may be limited to a defined number of devices in order to prevent abusive sharing.
For distance sales, the consumer normally benefits from a 14-day withdrawal period, except where legal exceptions apply.
Important technical point: for digital content delivered immediately without material support, the loss of the withdrawal right requires the customer’s express consent and acknowledgment before execution. Until this mechanism is fully integrated into the checkout flow, this clause should be handled with caution.
